product was just about 3 yrs old and had the 3 yr policy went to claim on their site and was told product was still under manufacture warrenty when that warrenty expired 2 yrs ago phoned the innsurance company and they approved coverage in under 2 min and received gift card in amount of coverage when i sent product to the address on the prepaid return lable Read more

This didn't get linked to the correct item I intended it for. it was misleading, I thought Id be billed once annually for 3 years. I was instead billed monthly by they 4th payment I had paid the same amount as the item they were actually covering, $50.49. I had intended it to protect a $500+ television. But no it was "protecting" a $50.99 wall mount bracket. Amazon said I had to handle it through Asurion who kept deflecting my calls to a supervisor that really transfered me to Amazon who couldn't help me get a refund. Read more
