I paid for the Asurion extended protection plan in good faith. When the item just stopped turning on in late December, I contacted Asurion and was told since it was still under manufacturer's warranty I should deal with them. I have made repeated contacts with Amazon since I have been unable to get a reply from the seller. Today they have refunded my purchase. Since the item has been cancelled and refunded, and Asurion refused any assistance, I feel this plan should also be cancelled and refunded.
