Coffee maker not working correctly and I have to fill out a form which is ridiculously detailed. I will never purchase an Assurian plan again. They make it too difficult to file a claim. Everything must be done online and I am old and don't know how to do this crap. My oven wasn't working properly, I contacted Asurion on my warranty. They immediately sent a return slip. I mailed the oven back by UPS. I had a full return credit on Amazon in 4 hrs!!! And I definitely bought the warranty on my new oven. No company has ever responded so fast, no questions asked just action!! Excellent Protection Plan, get it, you won't be sorry. Read more
My product broke about 3 weeks before the last date I could put in a claim but they didn't question it. Just sent me the paid mailing label and when I took it to UPS and they got the info they sent me the gift card and I applied the amount to my Amazon gift card. Very good service. Read more
I would give 5 stars if it would have been easier to make a claim. Took two chats with Asurion and one with Amazon before I got an agent who helped me. Once that happened it took literally seconds for my credit to appear in my Amazon account. That part was awesome. The first Ausurion agent insisted I needed a plan number. I had the actual plan sent to me by Ausurion in front of me and there was no plan number to be found anywhere. But bottom line- I’m glad I had the plan! Read more
