I chose this protection plan for my toaster oven purchase, and it arrived by email soon after I completed the purchase of the toaster oven. I find these plans to be fairly priced and worth the cost. Can't believe I saved my proof of Asurian coverage I purchased for coffee maker 18 months ago. Stopped working. I reported it to Asurian via email. They told me where to drop it off for shipment back and once dropped off at UPS store almost immediately I received my full price credit back to my Amazon acct. Just bought another policy with the new coffee pot. Credit worked flawlessly and fast. They couldn't have done a better job.!! Read more

I had to purchase this coverage twice. I bought an Instant pot, whereas usually when buying something electronic you're given the option to purchase the protection while cheking out, It did not offer it to me, so I went and manually added it to my cart, but I was concerned that the protection plan was not connected in any way to the product I bought it for.And I was right as when I looked at the instant pot order a few days later it was offering me the opportunity to purchasder the protection plan.I called Amazon support and asked them if the the items were connected, they told me indeed there was no connection between the protection plan I bought and the item I bought it for. They were unable to connect the product on their side, and they were unable to let me return this plan so I could buy another one through the link on my instant pot order.They were unable to do that. I asked them instead of they could just give me a credit and they weren't able to dot hat and not wanting to not have the protection plan I went ahead and bought it again through the link in the item and so have paid for this twice for really only one plan. Easy to use, quick to get results, only issue is that I was told on the phone I could transfer the protection to my new Keurig since I had 18 months+ left on the warranty but when I went to I was told it wasn't possible to buy another warranty. Read more
