I had problems with my Sous Vide and the manufacturer warranty expired 1 year ago. I made a claim with Asurion and they immediately sent me a return label. I returned the old Sous Vide and I was sent an amazon gift card to purchase a new Sous Vide within a couple of days. Read more

Fantastic customer service at Asurion. I had a coffee maker die after 2 years, luckily I purchased the Asurion protection plan. Very easy to file claim on line. Asurion sent reimbursement within hours of my dropping the broken appliance off at my local UPS store. With quality of manufactured goods being so questionable, it’s a no brainer getting an Asurion plan at the time of purchase. Read more
I bought this plan to cover a Ninja coffee maker. Just about one year after purchase the coffee maker stopped working properly. I contacted Asurion, and they said "You are still under manufacturer's warranty. Deal with them first." So I worked with Ninja. And Ninja said "You bought this from another vendor, deal with them, here's their contact info." So I contacted them. And they said "This is a refurbished unit" (which I knew) "and only has a 30 day warranty." So then I went BACK to Asurion, and explained all this to their employee. They listened to my explanation, and thankfully understood, and had the power to make it right. So they refunded my money via Amazon credit, and I used the credit to by another refurbished Keuring brand coffee maker. I'm giving four stars for the hassle. For the coverage itself I would give five starts. In fact, I bought another Asurion warranty for my new coffee maker. (Here's hoping the Keuring brand lasts better than the Ninja!) Read more
Asurion replaced our Keurig once and sent us a refund once. They make it easy to have a broken appliance replaced. They are professional and quick to answer. I use Asurion for all our small appliances and electronic toys for our grandsons. I would absolutely recommend this insurance. Read more
