Super easy
I bought a protection plan for a stand mixer, and when it broke it was crazy easy to file the claim, and they had the completely reasonable request of me sending the broken product in. Once I did that, they have me an Amazon e-gift card for the amount I originally paid for the mixer. Well worth the money! Read more
Quick, easy, efficient!

IF YOU LIKE MONEY DON'T BUY THIS
What an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM!!! They lie to you, it takes hours and hours to file a claim, and then they'll argue with you and make your life as difficult as possible to try to get your money. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM. It will only lead to headaches. Just go with the manufacturer's warranty and assume there is no extra protection. This plan claims extra protection, but in reality it's just a total waste of money. Unsure what to write. My wife purchased this plan but I have no idea if it is a good company. Honestly I prefer my product work for years and not have to use this warranty, but I have heard that it is a good program. Read more

Website claim process isn't always correct.
Bought a 3 year warranty for a coffee maker, It stopped working. Assurion website claim process stated the Coffee maker is still under a manufacturers warranty. Hamilton beach said the warranty expired in August 2024, making it a 1 year warranty. Went back to Assurion and sent them the Email Hamilton Beach sent went me stating the Coffee pot only had a 1 year warranty and they honored the 3 year warranty. If you try to file a claim with asurion and the claim process on the website gives you incorrect info, email them and verify like I did. Would have been 5 stars if the website claim process was accurate. Read more
