Within an hour of submitting a claim they refunded the full amount to my Amazon account. I couldn’t have been more pleased at their excellent service! Read more
The price may not be the same if the company decides to replace the item. I do not like that fact that I paid with cash and not a gift card. Asurion violates their own policy because on their website they state that they will reimburse with a check, but through amazon they will not. Please read the fine print before you purchase. This forces you to have to buy from Amazon and that price may be twice as much if you have to replace the item. Read more
