Great Service
I have had the best experiences with asurion. This last item was a heater. I had purchased one previously, and it went bad within 2 or so years, so I looked for one with an extended warranty. I was really glad I bought the warranty, as within a short time it too went out. It is a bit of a bummer we need to send the item in first, at least for this. I have had other items with my phone through verizon this was not needed. But still, it is a great service. And they are very helpful there. I highly recommend it. Read more
