GREAT! Buying Again!
Bought a 4-year warranty on my $50 fan for only $8 because I have really bad luck with fan motors burning out. A year and a half later my fan physically broke. It was oscillating when I heard something click and the entire fan blade and housing fell off and hit the floor still running. I had to run to unplug it. I went to their website and started a claim. The already had a record of the products I bought warranty for through Amazon. All I had to do was click the picture of my product and enter a reason for the claim. They instantly emailed me a free shipping label. I put the fan back into the manufacture packaging I had in the basement and dropped it off at UPS. Within an hour of the employee scanning my package as accepted, I received a gift card for the full price of my fan in my email, which I claimed on Amazon. Never even had to speak to a live person, and I received my refund before they even received the product back. There was no waiting at all. I bought a new fan and added another 4-year warranty to it. $8 is a cheap price to pay for a 4-year warranty. My only recommendation, is that if you buy a warranty for a big item, KEEP the manufacturing packaging in the basement or some place, until the warranty expires. This fan was bulky and oddly shaped. I would have had no way to return it to them without the original packaging. Luckly, it sat in my basement for a year and a half and didn't get tossed out. That made my return so much easier. It already had the padding from the manufacture included, so, even though the fan was already broke, they couldn't say I didn't pack it properly. Read more
