This product is exactly as described. I purchased this device to use Samsung Dex in a mobile environment. The device itself is definitely not designed for that. No mounting options, as I already knew from reading the description. But the device was packed VERY well in a formed Styrofoam wrapping that was nice and stiff. I used that in my laptop desk to snuggly hold the monitor in place without putting too much pressure on the display. With a dex adapter and a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo I am now running dex nice and smoothly in my truck. Just plug in and I'm up. No power button to hit. If it has an input its on, if not its in standby. Just make sure you get a hefty power adapter. I have a 10 watt and have no issues. Trying it on a 2 amp adapter gave a dim but usable display. So as far as value for the money for me, it was well worth it. I now have full flexibility with two mobile devices. So for my use it saved me quite a bit of money, not to mention frustration of using multiple devices. Read more

I purchased a 4-year extended warranty that ended on December 31, 2024. On December 30th, my printer broke! I called Asurion and they performed troubleshooting over the phone. They couldn’t fix the problem, so they told me I could get a refund if I mailed them the printer. They emailed me a UPS shipping label so that I could mail the printer for free. They also informed me that I would have 30 days to mail the printer… I did not have to do it in the 1 day before the warranty ended! The only problem was finding a box to ship the printer in. This is why I removed one star. It would have been easier for me if they had mailed me an empty box, rather than simply emailing the shipping label. Also I didn’t have a way to print the label they emailed me, but fortunately, I was able to do so at work. Eventually, I found a box, fixed the shipping label, packed the printer, and dropped it off at UPS. I got a full refund of the original printer price in the form of an Amazon gift card less than 24 hours later! Read more
