Excellent product. They did a really good job of refurbishing it. The only issue is they forgot to cut out the on/off switch button when they redid the covering. No problem. My nephew found it when he checked the model # online and once we found it, I realized you could see the dip where it was located. Apart from that, it is really nice. Read more
I got a contract job that required a different CPU than my personal PC. Not wanting to spend $$$, I went with refurbished from Laptop Experience. It arrived in a day and a half with GREAT instructions to get Windows registered and running in about 20 minutes. It came with a 90-day warranty, and wouldn't you know, I got a cryptic BIOS warning on day 95 and system performance deteriorated. I need this PC every weekday for my job and I emailed and called Laptop Experience with the cryptic message and begged for help on a Friday afternoon. I fully expected them to point out that my warranty had expired and hoped they could advise me on alternatives for a fee. Instead, I received an email response that they had mailed me a new AC adapter that would arrive the next day. PROBLEM SOLVED! I love this company! Read more

First, I did not know this computer was refurbished. I never would have bought it if I had known. But I have to say that the computer looked pretty good. I did find some marks on the outside. I thought, if it works good I guess I will keep it. I did not get any manual with i, I had to look on line to see how you open it. There is a latch that you press in and the computer should open. This computer would not open. The latch did not seem to be working. I hated this computer. Far warning, Never buy a used computer, they are crap!!! Read more

The product is in great condition. I downloaded yesterday a software my school requires and it was super fast. I haven't had the chance to try it any further, but so far it works great. The seller was willing to cooperate before and after the purchase and he provided an excellent service. He shipped it right away and got to my place within a week. I definitely recommend it.
