These plug ins are great. I discovered them after The Christmas holiday! A family member commented on all my trees and lights and I mentioned it’s not fun plug ins and unplug everyday. This is when I discovered these plugs. I purchased two sets, I immediately ordered them. Upon opening the package, they arrive in a plugged in stack, they are numbered in order, this is important. The plugs read 1-5 and it corresponds to the remote. If you follow this easy step, you’ll save time. Use them in order is so easy. The remotes have batteries, pull out the plastic tab and it’s ready! Each box has two remotes! Unplug #1 from the stack, add it to the outlet, plug in light. Tap “on” and you should be amazed by now. After years of plugging in my many trees and decorations, unplugging over and over, switching off outlets day and night, I am thrilled at the technology, the easiness to use them and no more reaching under and beneath trees to find the cords and switches. I took off the trees decorations and for the fun of it, I am leaving the trees lit for now. I used one box so far and I’m not done. Unsure if the remotes will all work off the same remote, if not an easy fix will be label the remotes. I only imagine They also great for outdoor Christmas lights plugged in the garage. Indoor use. I will not be able to add the outcome in this review. It’s been a game changer for me! I look forward to the second box being used for lighting in the upstairs rooms. Beyond holiday lights, guest room lamps, and other fun easy ways I have yet to discover! They are a great value for the price! This has been the best purchase and I hope in time that they are also reliable for extended use. Seems easy to lose the remote, so I made a plan. I keep the remotes near the front door near my keys. Walk room to room then return the remote, in the daytime, it’s just as easy to use the remote and return it for the evening. I’m adding this because it is easy for some of us to set things down and forget them. But, there’s two remotes per box! Also, if you live on two floors, having An extra remote solves another issue. This is just fantastic. I can sit in my recliner with a remote and put on the lights in the kitchen or the bedroom or wherever I connect the plug. This is such a wonderful invention and it’s very safety oriented especially for older people like me! I love the convenience and it came with two remotes so I keep one in the bedroom and one next to the recliner in the living room. You get five plugs so you can use one in the kitchen for your coffee maker in the morning. Just click the button and coffee is brewing. It doesn’t take up any space on my outlet giving me room to put in another plugged item such as my blow dryer or toaster oven in the kitchen. They work fantastic. Read more

The title says it all. These things work and they make your life easier...no more walking around the room turning lamps on and off or having to fumble with the "in-line rolling switches" that are often on lamps...you know the ones...the ones that are part-way down the electrical cord and you roll the disc until the light clicks on. Sometimes they fall behind the dresser or table and you have to pull them out from behind the furniture to turn the lamp on. Well, these outlet controls solve all of those issues. I walk into the living room each morning, pick up the remote, and turn on all 5 lights in the room while standing in one place. Same thing to turn them off. The only finicky thing about them is that sometimes you have to point the remote directly at the lamp you are turning on and off and nothing can be in the path between you and the lamp. But, that is not a huge issue...is the path is clear, the outlet controls work flawlessly. I needed a way to control several Christmas trees and garland strands in my house. I liked that they don’t block the second outlet so I ordered a set. They are awesome! They plugged in and worked right away, no trying to get them to connect, each plug has a number that corresponds to the 5 on/off buttons. It took me less than 5 minutes to get them all plugged in and have all my Christmslas lights all connected. I love that I can turn everything on or off with a quick push of the buttons. Also the range is great…I don’t have to leave the living room to turn the lights on/off at the front of the house, they respond perfectly. Another nice thing is that they arrived all plugged into each other one long rectangle nicely stacked…when I pack them away at the end of the season, I will do the same…perfect way to store them and keep them all together. I plan on ordering more to use on my Christmas village next year instead of the big bulky old ones I’ve been using. Great product! Read more

Absolute must-have in our house. We use these for Christmas decorations and our everyday lights, and they make life so much easier.
