I wasn't sure about this pillow, but I really like it and it's greatly relieved the stiff necks I've been having. What I really like about it is, it's flip-able. What I mean is, if one side gets hot you can flip it to another side, then another, and another. Most of the really sculptural cervical pillows you can only use on one side in one position. I had high hopes for this pillow. It's exactly as advertised and does have that genuine okeo tex label on the pillowcase. However, it caused dizziness for me, it's too firm. (I ordered the original contour pillow shape). So, I need to return. The pillow height is exactly as described, and the appearance is as described, soft cover and NO ODORS on opening. The inner cover under the pillowcase needs to be removed, as that is used to protect the pillow during shipping, otherwise pillow won't expand. Expanded nicely in 48 hrs. But sadly, for health issues, I need to return it. I'm not going to discourage anyone from buying because we all have different needs, but, for me personally, I have to return it. Love this pillow. It's firm enough to hold the curves where you need them, but soft enough to sleep on. After 2 weeks of use, this pillow is still like new. Quality made, and such a dream to sleep on. Doesn't lose it's shape. Came with a travel bag, makes a great bag to put items in. I need surgery on my neck, but after an unsuccessful back surgery, not having ity. This pillow gives the support I need and I awake without pain. So very happy with my purchase. I been having neck pain and this pillow will mold to any position that I prefer. So far I had seen some relief in my neck. I am taking a trip soon and I using the travel bag that it came with the pillow. Great quality highly recommend. Read more
