Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size, so I can't speak honestly about the fit of the insoles. I thought I was getting an 8.5 - 9.5 Wide, but the W actually meant those were the women's size, so I ended up getting a 7-7.5 in men's size. The insoles I got are slightly too small for my shoes as a result, but they still work. The only issue is there is a small space where they aren't long enough in the toe to reach the tip of the shoe. The quality of the insole is wonderful. They are thick enough to last a while and have a cushion on the heel that helps improve the comfort when walking. There is some arch to the insoles that will help with most people. In my case, the arch is a little too pronounced and does cause a bit of pain, but that should resolve as the insole shapes itself to my foot. I'm not sure if these will be good for pain relief because they are still in the "break-in" phase where they are more solid and haven't softened from use. I'm hoping they will help relief foot pain and back pain since they are replacing the original insoles of my shoes which had been worn down to barely existent flaps of material. Read more

The media could not be loaded. These don't have the best cushion, but they also don't hurt my feet, which is a huge bonus. I am flat footed, have a Morton's neuroma, have had bunionectomy surgery, and can get plantar fascitis. Comfort is incredibly important to me. The athletic shoes shown in my images are the only shoes I find that don't hurt my feet. The original inserts were unfortunately worn out already, so I replaced them with these. These have not left my feet hurting after a long day walking around. They also fit perfectly in my shoes without having to cut them down or being too small. The shoes are a size 10 for reference, and I'm usually a size 9. The bottom of the insert shoes have a hard plastic on it, so you can only cut it down so much. I'm just glad I didn't have to do that at all. They have great arch support, which is awesome because most shoes or inserts that claim they have arch support usually dig into my feet making them red and sore (almost blister-like). Other than not having much cushion, I have no pain in my feet after a long day. I would look into buying them again if I could get ones that had a bit more cushion to them. Read more

These insoles are easy to trim and offer good support with some cushioning. They should help when I'm on my feet all day. They are of good quality, comfortable, promote foot health, and provide a little arch support. I would buy them again. I bought these insoles because I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I work in a busy restaurant so I walk a lot. I needed some relief for my feet. So far my right foot is in heaven. I find these to be very supportive and pretty comfortable. They fit well in my shoe with no need to cut them and the quality is nice. They seem very durable and I think price wise they are pretty comparable if not cheaper than some other brands. My left foot is a different story. While it is somewhat comfortable on my left foot I still have slight heel pain. From what I have read it does take a while for plantar fasciitis to heal and to be patient with my insoles so as of now I am not sure how that is going to end. However I will say that after my shifts my foot does not hurt as bad and I am able to walk on it after which is a huge plus. It does seems to alleviate some pain so I am looking forward to seeing how they do in the long run. I will update accordingly. Read more

The Welnove Arch Support Inserts for Men & Women | Orthotic Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis Relief, Morton's Neuroma and Foot Pain | Work Boot Insoles for All-Day Comfort - XL-W: 10-11 | M: 8-9 are a great insole that not only helps relieve pain, but they can also prevent the wear and tear that causes pain. These insoles have a full-length structural support and shock absorption system that effectively minimizes muscle and joint stress by reducing impact vibrations on hard surfaces. The built-in metatarsal dome specifically cushions and elevates the ball of the foot, offering relief from metatarsalgia. This orthotic insole can help ease and even prevent some foot conditions. For me, they align my foot so I don't do more damage and cause more pain in either foot, or in my back. I prefer to use this type of insole with the 1 that comes in the shoe, unless it's a removable insole. Overall, this insole works well for my feet, since I can't run, jump, or bounce. Not only are these good, general insoles, they are more affordable than others. Generally speaking, this type of insole is FSA and HSA eligible. I highly recommend these insoles. (My star rating system: 4 stars met my expectations, 5 stars exceeded my expectations, 3 stars fell short of my expectations, 2 stars significantly fell short of my expectations, 1 star highly suggest not ordering) Read more

so i wear giant goth boots, almost every day - the ones with the heels and the massive platforms. cute? very. comfortable? not so much - they have pretty much no support, they're slick on the inside which means my foot slides forward and squishes my toes, and the insole is basically nonexistent. thankfully, these guys came to the rescue! they're so soft and squishy with great arch support, and they stay in place with no problems - feels like a hug for my foot. the combination of the squishy heel area, which lets your foot sink in nicely, and the fact that the insole top is covered in fabric, prevents the whole foot sliding problem, which has been a lifesaver - no more sore toes! overall, these are fantastic and i want a pair for all my boots. if they can make my demonias comfortable, they can make anything comfortable! highly recommend.
