The magnet mount is super strong. I have no concerns whether it will hold my phone. The phone is stable and doesn't wobble or rock while driving. The ball mount readily allows me to position the phone to the right viewing angle and keeps it there while driving. The slide bracket and angle joint work as expected in positioning the magnet base for landscape or portrait viewing. The mount nicely slides and folds out of the way to hide the mount. Not only is the product of exceptional quality, but my experience with their customer service was also truly remarkable. When I contacted the customer service team to inquire about installation matters, the service representative demonstrated an exceptionally helpful attitude. I really like this phone holder set. It comes with an interchangeable dash, windshield, and vent magnetic phone mount. The set also includes an adhesive magnetic ring if you do not already have a magnetic phone case. There are instructions on how to attach it to the phone. I don't use my phone in the car all the time unless I'm streaming music but the car vent attachment works best for my 2014 Honda CR-V and puts the phone where I need it by my steering wheel. The stick-on dash mount unit I use on the passenger side to help with navigation and changing the music. The vent clip has way more functionality than my old car phone holder( pop socket vent clip) and with the ball socket joint the phone is easier to move around and adjust while I'm in the car. I gave the HTU holder four stars because it only came with QR code instructions videos that I had to scroll through to find the unit I recived. I pretty much just had to figure it out on my own.
