I've been searching for a way to add a phone mount without making it too obvious in my car. This seems like a fantastic solution for precisely that. The idea of placing it behind the infotainment screen is brilliant; it keeps everything so clean and uncluttered. It truly offers a very subtle and integrated look, which is exactly what I've been hoping for. I appreciate how it doesn't detract from the overall aesthetic of the dashboard. I’m really enjoying this mount and its perfect for my business travels! It has a suction cup and a vent mount, a magnetic base, so it works in just about any type of rental car. The quality and design is very solid. I especially like the vent mount’s design, which hooks onto the back of the vane and you turn the collar to secure it. It’s much better than other vent mounts I’ve used, which often don’t attach properly and can fall off. Overall, this is a really nice and flexible phone mounting solution. Read more

I love this mount. I has both a suction cup and a vent mount, the magnetic mounting base, 2 different rings to mount on a phone or phone case for a phone without MagSafe. I'm impressed with the product quality and design. I found the suction base to work well on a windshield where it is close and sloped less than usual like is the case for my Mazda MX-5 Miata. There were a couple of good places to mount it using the windshield. I found it to be very flexible in adjustment, and could put it in places where it didn't obstruct my outward view. I tried using this mount on the back side of the screen, but unfortunately the back is curved so the suction cup wouldn't hold. I think it would work great if the back was flatter though. I love the design of the vent mount where it hooks on the back side of the vane, and you turn the collar to camp it on the vane. It works so much better than other vent mounts I've used which don't reliably attach and can fall off. With the 2 mounts It had me wishing that it came with 2 of the magnetic mounting bases. Then it dawned on me the mounting ball on each mount seemed similar in size to that used with a wireless charging phone holder I use in my Odyssey. Low and behold it works, so now I can use the vent mount and securely attach the charging phone holder in the van and use the suction mount base with the magnetic base in in the Miata. Of course the mounts can be easily moved to other vehicles. The vent mount will work great on the vertical vents in my Subaru Ascent. My iPhone 15 Pro CONSTANTLY overheats, so I was looking for a phone mount for my 2022 Ford Bronco that would hold it over/in front of the air vent. I first tried the vent hook clip. Based on the description and instructions, this should have worked fine -- and did, for the most part. However, the Bronco vent swivels from side to side, and there's not a lot of friction to it. While setup and installation was easy, I quickly found that as I drove, the vent and phone would swing side to side. This was not very optimal and I was afraid it would mess up the vent over time. My next plan was to try the suction cup mount. Note that the description says "If your dash is LEATHER (except faux and synthetic leather) waxed/oiled, TEXTURED, or CURVED. Please use the mount on the windshield or air vent". While my dash is not significantly curved, it IS textured very finely. However, I have had success using this kind of mount on textured surfaces before, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I installed it with the arm facing down, and let it sit overnight before attempting to attach my phone. I have now driven around a few times with my phone attached to the mount, and have had NO issues with it remaining in place. Temperatures in my area have been very moderate lately, so I hope this persists into winter and summer. But for now it seems to be working out quite well. I already have a radar detector and dashcam, so I really do not have room for more things in my window. In terms of style and functionality, this mount is OK. The blue circle might not look good in everyone's car, but since my car is blue it matches styling okay. The 'HTU' print is a little unnecessary and kind of looks generic when you don't have your phone mounted. I think black would have been better and more universal (and is a color that HTU offers on some other mounts). My iPhone and magsafe case connect to this mount without issue and it holds strong, but without needing an arm-wrestling champion to remove it. I have had no issues with the phone moving around while connected to this mount. Just keep in mind that this mount does NOT charge your phone. That would have been super nice, and might be something I look for in the future, but for just holding your phone in place it works well. It also includes a nice little cable guide to help manage your cable routing, though I've opted not to use it at this time.
