Don't waste your time!

I've been using Jinvoo switches for several years. Connecting them to WiFi has been straight forward, a few clicks on the app and Voila! Connected. These carry the Jinvoo logo on the box but they are anything but straight forward. I spent half a day tirelessly trying to get both switches from the box to connect to my 2.4GHz WiFi network. Tried two separate networks thinking one might be better than the other. Did not matter to the switch, it simply could not connect to the network. I bought two packages of these switches, a four pack and two pack (needed 5 switches for my application). I left one of the switches at another location and the discovered the very next day was the last for return to Amazon for a refund. Four pack went back and I continued to work with the two remaining switches. Half a day of Googling what other's have done to fix this issue and finding nothing that worked. I'm stuck with these two switches but I can warn others not to purchase this product and save themselves from the annoyance of not connecting to WiFi. Read more

Using these to control entry and family room lights while away from home. Already had Jinvoo smart home app for another one of their products and these are alot easier to program on my phone and Alexa than smart switches I have from another company. Very satisfied with them. The other switch I have of theirs is about eight years old and still works great. Would recommend. Read more
