Beautiful & practical grill pan
I fried salmon but had the pan too hot so they stuck horribly. However they tasted terrific! Grilling on this pan takes a little practice but am getting better. And the pan looks beautiful hanging on my wall! Read more
Beautiful Grill Skillet - Highly Recommend
Seller I bought from (Lehmans) sent it packaged and padded VERY WELL. I am super pleased! I originally saw one of these pans in an outlet store several months ago, but when I tried to go back down the aisle and get it, someone else had already picked it up! And for good reason. Lodge skillets and griddles are some of the best you can get. The design on the bottom is beautiful, so it's a good display piece if you have a hanging rack for your pans. The square shape means maximum surface area for grilling, and the corners mean easy-pour to get rid of excess oil or grease. The groves are also just wide enough to get your fingers into for good scrubbing, ensuring an easy clean that doesn't require and finicky special cleaning gadgets. And best of all, absolutely NO Teflon or other flimsy, easily-scratched, toxic non-stick coatings! Just good old iron (and soon a healthy layer of cooked-on carbon)! Read more

Sturdy, useful pan
Great pan for a multitude of different cooking uses. Bought it for my wife, hoping it would encourage her to spend more time in the kitchen; it works.
