This microneedling pen really surprised me because it comes as a complete kit. It includes a numbing cream, another cream for use during the treatment, and even the LED lights—which, honestly, seem more for looks than for real effectiveness. Still, it’s a great product that lets you start from 0.25 up to 2.5 mm, something I haven’t seen in other kits. Great value for home micro needling pen with professional grade. I was impressed with all that came in the kit. Everything you need to start: numbing cream, hyaluronic acid serum, 2 size of needle choice 12 or 36, charger, neddling pen and 2 year warranty also instruction book. Came quick and had no issues with packaging. I'm new to micro needling, had it done during one of my facial appointments. I'm in my 50’s with mature skin. As you know it can be pricey this is a great option. I was recommended by my sister. She has years of experience in this area. She bought one told me about it so I got one to use at home. I was nervous to use at first. I did watch couple videos online also got tips form my sister. Pen was easy to use ,I used .05 setting. Followed directions. This pen is really nice and does a great job. I have used pens and derma rollers in the past, but so far this works the best. Derma rollers tend to have needles that bend over time and can tear your skin causing damage you don’t want. This pen actually comes with extra disposable cartilages (with different pin needle sizes) so I don’t have to worry about any of the roller issues now. Just replace as I use it. Comes with 6 speeds, and adjustable depths (up to 2.5). Also nicer than rollers so I don’t have to have all different sizes for different areas of my face, body and scalp. So Easy to adjust! Plus it has red led light! I can also use it as a stamp for some areas which are a little more difficult to do, like my neck. Glides smoothly with the hyaluronic acid serum they included. I was so excited to try this, but mine was missing the HA serum so I have nothing to use with it. I am bummed it wasn’t in with the parts because now I have to wait and purchase a serum to use as well. Everything else looked good, just have to postpone my use of this product. Read more

I have been micro needling my skin for a few years now and using a device of this type monthly for the past two years. I find the results are much better than those produced by a manual roller, for me. It was a game changer, as far as skin improvement in texture, density, and fine lines. This device works exactly as it should. And I would recommend this to my friends and family who are interested in home micro needling. I have had no issues with it, it’s easy to use, and performed flawlessly. It replaced an earlier version of the same device, so it was very similar to my original Micro Pen. Just some upgrades per performance, LCD screen etc. It also has a longer charger cord, which is MUCH appreciated. The pen is well packaged with everything you need to get started; also with the 5% numbing cream, hyaluronic acid, and two different needle sizes. Since I am dealing with aged skin concerns, I use the 12 pin needles. I adjust setting from 0.5 to 1.5 depending on facial area. The booklet has a handy how to guide to advise which depth is needed where. I am very experienced, so I can comfortably use deeper needle depths. Beginners should start shallower. I set speed to highest, as I am experienced. But beginners should start at a slower speed. I use the numbing cream liberally, thickly (don’t rub in), let it numb skin well, clean skin. Sterilize with alcohol wipe. Apply Hyaluronic serum liberally ( I mix it with some Rose hip seed oil to slow dry time), and I micro needle face, neck and chest. Clean skin well, then proceed with skincare serum for my skin concerns. Topping all off with a thick gentle moisturizer or petroleum jelly. It will take time to see results (6 to 8 weeks) and repeated use. But after a few months, you should see improvement. I do this about every 4 to 6 weeks, and IMO – it is well worth it.
