I've used derma rollers but this is much easier and my face is getting more adjusted to a higher level and it could be my imagination but it seems like it's plumping my face I always put on my retina a or one of the other serums afterwards I've been using it twice a day. Read more

I've only used this device a few times, but I'm happy with it. It's a really clever design with an adjustable length for personalization. I don't know if it will help hair grow faster, but it's pretty easy to use and hold in your hand. I like the fact that it comes with a cover to keep it clean. Since this tool is something you'll use in the bathroom, it's great that it's easy to hold and use. The hair growth serum is fine, too, although I haven't noticed any difference yet. I’m using this for scarring on my face, and it’s a very easy to use tool and also easy to clean, which is fantastic because it’s a needle and it needs to sterile for use. It’s so easy to sterilize it, wash with soap and water after every use to prevent it from getting gross and dry thoroughly and then it will last forever. Also hit with some sanitation (and wash face and hands and device, duh); before each use, and will prevent any infection from occurring. I have ice pick and boxcar scars on my face, and I use a numbing/sanitizing antiseptic spray before I use it on the area, and it’s not at all painful except for a little discomfort (I do have high pain tolerance though). The needle extends to 3mm, and it indicates the length on the handle dial. I was not expecting that feature and was very pleasantly surprised to find it! This device is a fantastic tool and has helped my scars become less noticeable after a month of use, and I couldn’t be happier. For hair growth, I don’t know, but it has helped (along with LHA/GHA peels) my very severe scars (not from acne but looks exactly the same, and scarring is the same type). It is so helpful for ice pick scars, but takes use every other day and patience, it’s no problem that can be fixed overnight so patience is key. But with time, and effort, it will help. Read more

This stamp is adjustable and the needle length can be set to a level you are comfortable with. I originally reviewed another item, mistaking it for this one. This particular stamp is very nice and easy to use and simple to clean with alcohol. I use this on a setting of around 2 because I have been using microdermabrasion needles for years and am used to them. I have thinning hair. I’ve noticed that when I part my hair, I see more scalp than I used to and I’m a female in my early 50’s. I obviously find that troubling so I’m working on getting my hair follicles stimulated for new hair growth. This derma stamp comes securely packaged, and is easy to store with its snap on cap. You can get multiple uses from this, since it’s something you can sterilize. I do like that it comes with a vial of biotin. That combination makes me hopeful. I only just started using this for my scalp so we will see what happens. I will say the .25 level is probably best for beginners, so that option is good if you are new to this. Also, the biotin makes my hair just a little oily to the touch, so I do this treatment at night before bed. After needling my scalp, my head gets a little bit itchy a few hours later and itches a little for a few days, but not terribly. That’s actually a good sign that my skin reacted to it and it’s working. I’m familiar with that feeling since I often use this type product on my face. I know for certain my needles work on my face, that’s why I’m willing to bet that these will work to stimulate hair growth. I’ll update if I see improvement. Read more

I was a little nervous about using this, but ordered it to try on my hairline. I have used minoxidil with success, but wanted to see if this tool would help expedite the growing process. You do have to sanitize it before and after use, which is a pain, but I understand the necessity for doing this. It comes with a booklet that explains how to use it, and while it does tell you the different needle lengths and frequency of using it on various places (face, thighs, etc.) and it has a section on using it for hair growth, it doesn't tell you what length you should use for your hair growth on your head. I used a short needle length, and yes, it hurt a little, but it wasn't major. I mean, after all, they are needles. I have only used it a few times, but not regularly to get benefits. For me, too many steps are involved to use it, so I stopped. You can put minoxidil or other oil on your hair after using this, but you do need to wait a bit (I think it says 30 minutes) before you should so it doesn't enter the bloodstream. I just don't have the patience to use this and commit the amount of time needed to do so. Read more

I can’t speak to the success or failure of the minoxidil but the solution comes as advertised. The derma stamp is very impressive. There are multiple settings for needle length which is amazing for those just starting off. The knob turns easily and has measured settings that you can refer to. The stamp on lower settings is much more preferable to a rolling micro needler, which has the needles inserting at an angle. This isn’t too painful and I will keep using it where my hair is thinning. It is clear this company takes care with their products as the packaging was impressive, especially for the derma stamp which was in a sealed bag. Overall I got exactly what I expected. Read more
