Genuinely impressed the quality difference from this product compared to the cheaper ones you see that look identical. Sound quality is amazing compared to other waterproof cases. The charging port cover feels way better than the last. It’s thing. I had no water at all inside my phone. Chefs kiss! Well worth it! The sound isn’t muffled at all, people can hear me great and I can hear them great. Buttons work great. Little “oil” under screen but it’s always like that with every fre case. In the past I’ve had issues with the camera scratching with the 13 phone but no issues with the 14 so I’m hoping there will again be no issues with the 15 pro max. I used to love the LifeProof by Fre case. I had it for my iPhone 6 and then for my iPhone 7 plus. It was very sturdy and the material used was very resistant. Well, that is no longer my experience... Apparently, Otterbox has been cutting some costs on the quality of the material, now. The plastic used to cover the screen and, specially, the camera is of a way worse quality than what Fre used in the past. It's way more prone to scratch than it used to be, to the point that, after only 5 months of use, we need to remove the back of the case to take pictures. They look too blurry with it, due to the may scratches on the camera cover. It still does the job when it comes to protect against water and dust. But, I can't recommend this anymore... I'm just sad that I didn't wait a few weeks before I bought my wife's. I could have saved myself 70 bucks. Read more

This product does what it is advertised. I traveled to Mexico following making the purchase of this phone case, the phone was in the pool and the ocean and the phone remained dry. The camera cover is well built and all the pics and underwater photos came out looking amazing. Highly recommend to anyone that is wanting a water proof case that goes on snug and doesn't fail. It’s Otterbox, so it’s obviously good quality. I just got a new phone because I’m prone to dropping them. This had a good drop rating and it feels like it will definitely protect my phone. The only issue was that I prefer to have a privacy screen protector on my phone and this case completely encases the phone. Once I added the privacy screen, I couldn’t get the top half of the case to connect to the back. But I didn’t care about the case being waterproof, so I used a pin to remove the plastic that covers the screen. Now it fits great with the privacy screen protector. You can’t even tell that I relived the plastic that was attached to it. Read more

Brick! That's exactly what it is! It's big and large and it's built like a brick...in a good way. It tough on drops, it's tough on spills on it and tough on water. Ive taken this phone in the water so many times and it still performs well, I even take underwater photos. While I don't have the phone in water for more than 10 minutes it does great. I live by a beach to this case is prefect, the sand and water don't impact my phone, the case protects it against everything and I mean everything. Read more

I've had this case now for a year, all of the buttons are still soft and functional, as well as the charging port cover. I would say it's a very durable case in terms of drops and water resistance. What really bothers me the most about this case though is that the built in screen protector scratches over time. Especially the camera cover which noticeably reduces the picture quality. I also have slim bubbles from the phone screen not being tight to the glass protector ( I actually returned the first purchase because of this reason thinking it was a defective screen, eventually just ignoring it on the 2nd). Another thing that is a slight irritant (that i also ignore for a certain amount of time before cleaning) is over time dust gets in when the charging cover is open and can appear on the lower part of the screen(i expect this happens with most cases). The magsafe works good. No issues with audio. Overall 3.5/5 if i could give half a star. I would say it's a bit overpriced but not a bad case. If those issues were fixed especially the camera cover scratching, becoming hazy, i would give it a 5/5 Read more
