I've had it two weeks and have been pleased. Here's why: seems to be a well-made, durable, quality product. Gets real cold (tolerable when worn over thin sweats, jeans or pajama pants). Helps a lot with inflammation and soreness the chiropractor inflicted on me. The only disappointment and it's a mild one, not enough to take a star away, is you have to remain still or otherwise the straps loosen and the wrap slips somewhat down your leg. Not a Knee Ice Pack

I was looking specifically for an ice pack for my knee. This is not an ice pack for my knee. This is a square (rectangle, whatever) ice pack with velcro straps. It has no shape or form to it whatsoever, which kind of disqualifies it as being an ice pack, for your knee. Could you use it in your knee? Yes you could. You could use a frozen bag of peas also. But a frozen bag of peas is not made for your knee. As an ice pack, so far its fine, though I'm only in my first 10 minutes. I cannot walk with this, since it isn't formed, so it keeps sliding down my leg. It is not as large as the picture makes it seem. It does not at all wrap around my leg, the ice pack itself only covers the front half, so if you wanted a full wraparound ice pack, this won't work. So far I plan to keep the ice pack since there is use for a soft ice pack that I can strap to a limb, but I will need to purchase a new ice pack for my knee because this is not sufficient for that.
