I purchased 2 of these ice pads and I am glad I did. I had shoulder surgery and ice packs are truly the best tool for easing the pain. It is very convenient to have one in the freezer while using the other. The cold lasts a decent amount of time, as well. Over an hour, for sure. Read more
This is an outstanding shoulder ice pack!!! I wrecked my right shoulder and I throw this on after PT and it does the trick! Not only does it stay cold for the 20 minutes on my right shoulder but it's equally as cold for the next 20 minutes on my left shoulder too (I PT both shoulders even though I don't need to)! The fit is fantastic! It is comfortable and stays in place when I am moving around. I am 5' - 10", 290lbs, so I was apprehensive about this fitting correctly. It does fit, very well. I have a partial tear in my rotor cuff it's not bad enough for surgery but it's quite painful frequently, my physical therapist said I need to be icing it more often and this was perfect! I don't have to hold it on or sit a certain way so it stays on and I have some lymphedema problems, so the fact that it also covers my upper arm is amazing to help with the swelling. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the armband is a little tight so I have to have help yanking it up to my shoulder, But I'm sure that I could easily just size up. Read more
Great cooling option post op for shoulder surgery. Arrived quickly. Easy to apply and stays cold a long time over 2 hrs easy. Couldn’t have made it through recovery without this. Able to pop on and wear to go to apptoinments and even drive with this one. Highly reccomend Read more
I used this product more than a year ago. As I look back, it was an ice pack for me after my shoulder surgery. Very helpful. I suppose, body size is important in selecting the most appropriate fit. I wish I had known that little detail before the purchase. Nevertheless, it worked for my specific purposes. Read more
10 out of 10! I’m the kind of guy that never needs any help. I don’t need any suggestions. I don’t need anything. If you know a guy like me and this is the perfect gift! I turned down ice packs because they’re inconvenient and wet. I turned down any help because I can do everything myself. This is the product to have for that guy! I’ve never looked forward to coming home and icing my shoulder before I had this! Now I do it three times a day! Buy this! It is very easy to use and it comes in a bag to freeze it in. One strap and you can walk around the house icing your shoulder! You need to own this! Read more
Love it, I can wear over either shoulder and wear hot or cold, I’ve got two…. I’m recovering from Right Shoulder rotator cuff surgery & use both… I dedicate one for hot prior to some P.T. exercises & the other for cold,d for pain (usually after PT).
