This is an outstanding shoulder ice pack!!! I wrecked my right shoulder and I throw this on after PT and it does the trick! Not only does it stay cold for the 20 minutes on my right shoulder but it's equally as cold for the next 20 minutes on my left shoulder too (I PT both shoulders even though I don't need to)! The fit is fantastic! It is comfortable and stays in place when I am moving around. I am 5' - 10", 290lbs, so I was apprehensive about this fitting correctly. It does fit, very well. I have a partial tear in my rotor cuff it's not bad enough for surgery but it's quite painful frequently, my physical therapist said I need to be icing it more often and this was perfect! I don't have to hold it on or sit a certain way so it stays on and I have some lymphedema problems, so the fact that it also covers my upper arm is amazing to help with the swelling. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the armband is a little tight so I have to have help yanking it up to my shoulder, But I'm sure that I could easily just size up. Read more

I turned down ice packs because they’re inconvenient and wet. I turned down any help because I can do everything myself. This is the product to have for that guy! Love it, I can wear over either shoulder and wear hot or cold, I’ve got two…. I’m recovering from Right Shoulder rotator cuff surgery & use both… I dedicate one for hot prior to some P.T. exercises & the other for cold,d for pain (usually after PT).
