I just had knee surgery and these were exactly what I needed to reduce the swelling. They are a good size, come with adequate straps, and are provided with plastic storage bags to keep them clean in the freezer. The material is super comfortable and forms around the knee cap. This product is great.. three reasons why I highly recommend it. The ice wrap freezes quickly ( no need for stupid frozen peas). It stays soft when frozen which makes it pliable to the knee. And it stays in place because of the attached elastic bands. My husband just had a knee replacement and this worked amazingly well. 10 days post surgery and he is progressing better and better every day. Even took a few rotations on the stationary bike. Nice ice pack for knees. The straps do really hold it in place even if you walk around a little. While it holds the coldness well, if you want it to hold for a long time, you have to freeze it for a long time as well. Good value for the money. Read more

This was recommended to me by a fellow knee replacement friend. I received it yesterday, and it is so much easier to use versus the ice machine I brought over from the surgical center that I had my surgery at. Very versatile, flexible to the knee, the velco straps are a positive, great quality, and easy to take while traveling. Retains cold, a good size for the knee, and not noticeable smell.
