Used frequently for my shoulder pain and found it easy to use. After freezing the ice pack it was fairly easy to get into the sleeve and stayed cool for well over 20 minutes. I had 2 concerns. First, the Velcro frequently got stuck on the nylon type material which made me uncomfortable, as I thought it might ruin the material. But with careful handling I think it will be fine. Second, the sizing. I got a large based on the sizing, but found it to be a close fit. However, it's necessary to put it tight so it doesn't slide down. I was able to easily move around with it. I recently had shoulder surgery and this has been amazing not only does it help support my shoulder, but the ice pack on it has made it so comfortable. This was a life saver when I pulled the washing machine away from the wall while it was still loaded. I tore the tendon in my rotator cuff and inflamed the arthritis too. It was soooo miserable. This helped a lot, but, didn’t say cold long enough. It does have the extra pad, which gives you a little more time. I recently had shoulder surgery, which included rotator cuff repair, distal clavicle excision, and biceps tenotomy, so I have been struggling with a lot of pain. The ice machine that was recommended by the doctor works well but is very cumbersome. I wanted something easier to use once I began my physical therapy. I bought two different shoulder wraps online and had to send both of them back because they didn’t stay cold long enough or were too cumbersome. I bought the standard size REVIX Triple-Layer Gel Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap and couldn’t be happier! It fits so comfortably on my shoulder and stays cold for about 30 minutes. I just keep the ice pack in the shoulder wrap and freeze it that way, so it is ready to go.
