I cannot say enough good about this shoulder heating pad! If you're on the fence, get it. It stays warm for about an hour, stays exactly where I put it and gives me so much comfort from the pain in my shoulder. It's so soft, well made and the velcro is nice and wide. I'm 5'2, 150 pounds and it fits well enough with plenty of room left in the straps for a larger person. So happy I went with this one after looking at so many. Read more
Heats well enough, though a bit heavy and cumbersome. The arm band is very helpful in keeping heat applied to the upper arm. The sash fasteners are too large and hard to use and the Velcro doesn’t help. You need to fasten the sash first, then squeeze into the wrap. Someone with arm pain or damage cannot use the body sash to close the wrap. It only stays warm for around 20 minutes. Read more

Not bad. But 120 seconds to start with is a bit too long. It heats well, and keeps it warm for a good 25 minutes or more. However, the elastic strap is not adjustable, making it a bit too tight if you have any muscle at all and thus uncomfortable. I'd recommend that you keep looking for one with an adjustable arm band. Update: Third time using it, it melted a hole in it at 34 seconds, making a mess in the microwave and floor. I wouldn't recommend this vile piece of garbage to anyone. Selling it is pure thievery. Good for a week or so, but once seam opens up there are these beads that go everywhere. The large beads will heat and smell like burnt popcorn. When you go to vacuum them up it transfers the smell into your vacuum. Read more
