Be very careful with this. The ice pack gets cold enough that you can get frost nip if you aren't careful. Don't leave it on too long. For best results, I recommend letting it set out for a while before use if it is thoroughly frozen. I'm not sure how long, yet. Set a timer so you don't forget about it. If you don't let it thaw a bit first, be aware that it will start out quite stiff and you'll need a towel under it to protect your skin. Since most ice packs I buy end up never getting cold enough, I'd much rather use some caution that deal with yet another cool pack that is never cold. Or the ones that lose their cold too quickly. This one gets VERY cold, really numbing my pain. It fits pretty well and is effective. I found it pretty easy to put on. It has a design flaw, especially for women, in that it is designed to have the strap resting across the point of one bust. But I think they may all be made that way. I would take a star off for that, but it doesn't seem fair to when they all appear to be made that way. I'm really glad I bought this one. Read more

It’s ok. I would actually give it 3.5 stars. It has an awkward fit at times but it does help relieve some of the shoulder pain. I think the design could use some adjustment though. Read more

Let me preface this by saying I’m a 6’ 280 former athlete with broad shoulders. I searched long and hard to ensure something like this would fit. When I received this, it fit perfectly. The pack stays cold for probably 30 minutes. I’ve used it for probably 4 months pre shoulder surgery and I’m now using after a pretty large shoulder surgery. It’s comfortable to wear. It doesn’t get too cold. The compression ensures that it hits your bicep and rotator cuff. Frankly, I might buy another just to be able to rotate icing more frequently. I’m so impressed with this. This wrap has become a huge part of my routine to treat shoulder tendonitis. it easily wraps around the entire shoulder area and is easy to put on and take off once you get the hang of it. I adjust the straps to my desired length, put my arm in and pull it up to my shoulder, then pull the long strap over my head and under my breast,. It is folly to think it will stay in place if you position as shown in the picture on a female. Read more
These are easy to put on and work great. They hold the cold very well. You can freeze them so the ice pack gets hard so I take them out of the freezer 20-30 minutes before my wife needs another ice pack and it conforms to her shoulder better.
