Kept our room nice and cool, easy maintenance. Set up was tricky, as the window support was no where near tall enough, but we figured out a solution. It’s quite loud when turning off and on - woke us up every time - but it worked so well. We were so comfortable in our room without cooling the whole house, It fit on our dresser very well. This is the first time I am writing a review for something I have bought from Amazon. I’ll start off by saying this worked great for 4 months. Then this AC went out after 4 months of use. I tried to use the warranty I paid for with Amazon but the manufacturer warranty was still in effect and Amazon told me to go through SereneLife. It took forever to get in contact with them. They do not have a working phone number. They took forever to email me back. When they did they wanted my Amazon receipt, I sent that over to them. Then they told me they weren’t going to help me because they couldn’t verify if the unit was new and because it wasn’t registered. Absolute scummy company to not make it right with a customer. Will never get another unit from them. I would highly recommend going with a different company than this trash can of a company to save you the potential headache. Read more
This A/C packs a punch. We don't have central AC in our house in Atlanta, so I put this in a bedroom which opens out to the livingroom, and it definitely makes a difference downstairs. That room is so nice and cool when sleeping in it too. My son-in-law installed, and I think he had to cut the exhaust hose to fit the window a little, but from the outside, you don't even notice the hose. We do keep a pan nearby (under the bed) in case the interior hose leaks, but that's only happened once, and it was no big deal. Read more
