What I like: Quality: The quality of service to resolve the issue was exceptional since I had a team member from the Asurion Protection Team since they reimbursed my the full cost though gift card of my AZHAR Electric Scooter Adults, Electric Scooter with Seat, 500W Motor, Up to 25 MPH and 20/30 Miles Long Range when I first purchased it on August 1, 2024 in few minutes. Value for the Money: I use that electric scooter at the most four times a day, so it covers the distance where I have to go, but charging time after every use is up to nine (9) hour is durable. Speed: The speed of the electric shooter is great because it goes obviously fast. Plus, it is great since going fast to go to places, the vehicle moves silently and smoothly. Protection: The scooter wheel grooves 🛞 gives one the opportunity to lock it securely. What I do not like: Durability: The elastic opening of the electric shooter is wobbly upon use and kickstand seems to lost its balance to hold the shooter upright. I tried to tighten the elastic opening fasteners but was striped when loosening and tightening the bolt. Kickstand: When I try to correct the issue with the kickstand by positioning the kickstand to the left and to right in order to tighten the kickstand bolt, the scooter 🛴 falls over when the kickstand in put in the middle. Ease of use: Generally and subjectively, I started using the scooter instantly but had a lot of trouble with stability of the seat which loosens that make the travel 🧳 uncomfortable and caused damage to parts of the electric scooter 🛵 Plus, the strings beneath the seat 💺 ruined the cosmetic image of the storage box that put an indentation in the storage and is made of cheap foam. Protection: The scooter is affected by the weather and the odometer gives a false distance of how much travel to a destination. I would very well purchase it again! I purchased a scooter from amazon and got the Asurion coverage so that I would have the piece of mind if something went wrong. I have been in contact with Asurion about 5 different times and I just keep getting the run around. First I was told the manufacturer is responsible since is has been less than a year. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement computer for the scooter. One month later the computer arrived and I spent an hour replacing it and the scooter still does not work. Contacted the manufacturer again and it will be another month (or more) before they can send me a replacement battery. Asuiron will not replace the scooter and that's the whole reason I purchased the insurance. Customer service and business integrity must be a thing of the past! Read more

I never made a claim before so I was a little skeptical. This is the greatest insurance ever. When I contacted them to make the claim, the representative that took my information was very polite, friendly and professional. She definitely knew what she was doing. I told her I couldn't send it right away because I had to pick it up from my grandson who doesn't live near me. She said not to worry. I had 30 days from when the claim was opened. She made the process of sending it in very easy. I sent the item in - all fees paid by Asurion. They quickly checked it out within a few days, informing me of the progress each step of the way. When they found out it couldn't be repaired they contacted me and told me they would send me a gift card for the full amount. A couple clicks on the computer and within seconds the gift card was in my Amazon account. It couldn't be any easier or quicker than that. It is very inexpensive and definitely worth the purchase. I would definitely recommend dealing with Asurion. Read more

Getting a hold a Asurion was difficult so an Amazon rep helped me. Once we filled out the form together, I had to create my own box to ship the ride toy through UPS. Once shipped with a prepaid label, Asurion had notified me of all the updates and had the issue resolved in 2 days. Overall, I was pleased with the process. Highly recommend them! Read more
