This is very discouraging.
Just a couple months after getting it, the computer failed to charge anymore. Even though I have a warnety on it, it'll take at least a month to send it in, get it looked at, fixed and sent back. Not to mention what runaround I may be given before any company involved takes responsibility. This is very discouraging because I rely on my laptop a lot for work and am now in a hard position that will set me back a lot. It is also discouraging because this is the second refurbished laptop I bought and the second time I've had to send one back in to get things fixed after just getting it. I had more hope and expectation for the refurbished market because it's more eco friendly and seemed fiscally sensible. But now after two, I'm starting to think it's just not worth it. I'll see how the company handles in taking care of it, and if it makes up for all the hassle and stress involved I'll make sure to come back and add and revise this review and rating.
